TraceQuant AI is a product operated by Xubisoft("we", "us", "our"). References to "TraceQuant AI" throughout this site and these terms mean Xubisoft.

TraceQuant AI is a monitoring and alerting tool. Nothing shown on the dashboard — profit/loss figures, drawdown, EA health ratings, correlation analysis, or any other metric — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, or to use any particular Expert Advisor. All trading decisions, and all trades placed in your MT5 account, are made by you or your own EA, never by TraceQuant AI. Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss; past performance shown on the dashboard is not a guarantee of future results.

The Publisher EA you install only reads data from your MT5 terminal (balance, positions, closed deals) and sends it to us over HTTPS. It cannot place, modify, or close a trade, and it cannot withdraw or transfer funds — see our Security page for exactly how that is guaranteed at the protocol level, not just a setting we could change.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for anything that happens through your connected accounts. You must be legally able to trade the account(s) you connect — don't connect an account you don't have authorization to monitor.

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Starter-plan access — no card required to start.
• The Starter plan is $9.99/month or $99/year, billed through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record.
• Starter includes one connected live MT5 account, up to 1 year of history, and Telegram alerts.
• If your trial ends without a subscription, or a payment fails past the grace period, your dashboard access is paused — your MT5 Publisher keeps sending data in the background, nothing is lost, but you won't be able to view it until you subscribe.
• You can cancel anytime; see our Refund Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.

Don't attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use the API outside of the documented Publisher protocol. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep the dashboard and alerts accurate and available, but this is a monitoring tool, not a brokerage or trading platform, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TraceQuant AI is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or decisions made based on data shown in the dashboard.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
