Refund Policy

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access — no payment is taken until you actively subscribe, so there is nothing to refund during the trial itself.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription management page (linked from your dashboard once you have an active subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

If something went wrong on our end — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the dashboard being unavailable for an extended period through no fault of yours — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right. Outside of that, we don't offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period, since you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — a refund we approve is issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.

Cancelling doesn't delete your data immediately. Your MT5 Publisher keeps sending data in the background, and you can export your account data at any time before or after cancelling — see our Privacy Policy for how long data is retained.
