Privacy Policy

• Account data: the email address you sign in with.
• Trading data, sent by the Publisher EA you install: account balance/equity/margin, open positions, closed deals, deposits/withdrawals, and broker/server metadata. Your real MT5 login number is never sent to us — the EA only sends a one-way hash of it.
• Usage data: which onboarding steps you complete and whether you open the dashboard, used only in aggregate to see if the product works, not to build an advertising profile.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Paddle) directly — we receive your subscription status and renewal date, not your full card number.

To show you your own live portfolio, EA health, and correlation analytics; to send you the Telegram alerts you configure; to run your subscription and trial; and to tell whether onboarding is actually working so we can fix the parts that aren't.

Closed deals, deposits/withdrawals, and daily-aggregated equity history are kept for as long as your account exists — this is what powers your all-time growth chart and trade history. Finer-grained data is kept only as long as it's useful and then automatically reduced in detail, never in a way that changes your historical profit/loss or drawdown numbers:

• 5-minute equity detail: kept 30 days, then reduced to hourly.
• Hourly equity: kept 1 year, then reduced to daily.
• Daily equity, closed deals, deposits/withdrawals: kept indefinitely.
• Raw connection telemetry (heartbeats, raw snapshots): kept 1–7 days, always keeping the latest one.
• Security audit logs: kept 180 days.

If you delete an account from your Connect page, its data is permanently removed, not just hidden. If your subscription lapses, we do not delete your data immediately — see the export window below.

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, hosts all the data above.
• Paddle — our payment processor, handles your subscription and payment details directly; we never see your full card number.
• Telegram — if you connect Telegram alerts, the alert text you configure is sent to the Telegram account you linked.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share individual trading data with other customers or the public unless you explicitly turn on a public profile for a specific account.

You can export your data (Connect page → Export data) or delete an account and its data at any time. Email us if you want your entire account and all associated data removed.
